Job Title: Technician
Pay Rate: Starting at $18/hr (potential increase based on experience)
Location: Osceola
Schedule: Full-time; winter cross-training
We are seeking a hands-on Technician to join our growing team. This role involves working on construction-related projects with exposure to multiple skilled trades. You will be responsible for on-site work including concrete, HVAC/plumbing, mechanical, and water system maintenance. The position offers year-round work with opportunities to expand skills through cross-training in the off-season.
Perform on-site construction and repair work for various projects.
Operate and maintain heavy equipment as required.
Work with concrete installation and repairs.
Assist with HVAC and plumbing installation or repairs.
Conduct mechanical and construction-related tasks to support project completion.
Apply knowledge of water chemistry and water balance in related projects.
Participate in cross-training during the winter months to broaden skill sets.
Required:
Mechanical/construction background
Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions
Strong problem-solving and hands-on technical skills
Preferred:
Previous experience in HVAC, plumbing, or heavy equipment operation
Knowledge of water chemistry and water balance principles
Concrete work experience
Skilled trades certifications
