Pallet Repair Technician

Location: Waterloo, IN
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.61 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Pallet Repair Technician to join a manufacturing team producing high-quality landscaping products. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining pallets to company standards, ensuring safe and efficient handling throughout operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair returned pallets to meet quality standards.

• Measure height and check overall condition to ensure compliance with requirements.

• Assist with receiving, sorting, and stacking pallets.

• Occasionally operate a forklift to move pallets through the yard (training provided if needed).

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and assist with general yard cleanup.

• Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.

• Comfortable working in a heavy industrial setting.

• Steel-toe boots required.

• Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work independently.
