Customer Service Representative – Order Entry & Customer Support

$20/hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Odessa, FL

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a well-established company located in Odessa, Florida. This is a full-time, onsite position (not remote or hybrid) supporting customers, dealers, and distributors with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.

Our client is a 100% employee-owned (ESOP) company that manufactures industry-leading solar and water treatment technologies, including water softeners and solar pool collectors. Their products help a nationwide network of independent small business owners provide home improvement solutions that improve their customers’ quality of life.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play an important role in supporting both homeowners and dealers by answering questions, processing orders, resolving concerns, and ensuring requests are handled from the initial call through shipping follow-up.

This company offers a professional yet casual work environment in a beautiful office setting, and many employees have been with the company eight years or more, reflecting a stable and supportive workplace.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Location: Odessa, Florida

What You’ll Do

  • Handle incoming calls from homeowners, dealers, and distributors regarding product information, orders, and concerns
  • Provide product information and support related to water softeners, solar pool collectors, and replacement parts
  • Process orders, order changes, and replacement part requests accurately
  • Manage the customer process from initial call through order entry, coordination, and shipping follow-up
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally while maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude
  • Communicate clearly with customers and dealers through phone and professional email correspondence

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

  • Previous customer service experience in an office environment
  • Experience with order entry, logistics coordination, or shipping support
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple requests at once
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to remain professional with difficult customers
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite in Odessa

Nice to Have

  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Experience supporting dealers, distributors, or sales teams
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to learn and explain product information

Work Environment & Requirements
