Brush Assembly Operator

Located in Menomonee Falls, WI

Salary: $17 - $20/hr.

General Assembly – 2nd Shift 

A Menomonee Falls company needs a General Assembly Worker – 2nd Shift

Duties and Responsibilities:

·          Assemble production units, ensuring the highest level of quality at the lowest possible cost, while meeting the company performance and quality standards and customer specifications

·          Operate various hand tools, power hand tools, and machine tools to construct, assemble and finish parts to specifications

 

Position requires:

-       Ability to lift up to 50lbs on an occasional basis

-       Ability to read and understand production work orders and follow work instructions

-       Organizing, planning, and prioritizing work based on business needs and instructions of production control manager

 

·         High school diploma or equivalent

·         1 year experience in manufacturing, trades or construction

·         Experience and working knowledge of hand tools

·         Ability to use, compute from and read Tape Measure

·         Ability to read, write and communicate effectively with other employees of the organization
