Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Injection Molding Machine Operator to support our production team. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring injection molding machines to ensure efficient production, high-quality output, and minimal downtime. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines in a fast-paced production environment
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Perform basic machine adjustments and report any issues to maintenance or supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation
• Assist with material handling, including loading raw materials and packaging finished goods

Qualifications:

• 2–5+ years of experience in plastic injection molding process development

• Knowledge of scientific molding principles

• Basic understanding of injection molding tool design

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Reliable with a strong work ethic

• Ability to train and support team members

• High School Diploma or GED required
