Skilled Electrical Assembly

Salary: $20-30/hr BOE
A growing, family-owned, manufacturing company here in Watertown is looking to add Electro-Mechanical Production Assistants to their team on 1st shift! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, variety, and being part of a tight-knit crew where every person makes an impact. This position is for a “jack-of-all-trades", so we are looking for someone who is adaptable, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn. If you have electrical assembly, mechanical aptitude, or a background in maintenance, we want to hear from you!
Pay Scale:
Entry Level Experience: $20–$24/hour for candidates looking to grow and who can read or learn electrical schematics
Experienced Electrical-Mechanical Candidates: $25–$28/hour
Highly Skilled, Strong Mechanical Abilities: Up to $30/hour for the right individual
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in electrical assembly, electro-mechanical work, or related production roles
• Ability to read or learn electrical schematics and blueprints in English
• Mechanically inclined — maintenance experience is a plus
