Job Title: Will Call/Forklift Operator

Summary:

As a Will Call Clerk, you’ll play a vital role in our operations by ensuring the seamless processing of will-call orders while delivering exceptional customer service. From providing customers with their print orders to assisting them with any concerns or navigating our website, you’ll be at the forefront of our customer experience. Additionally, you’ll help maintain organization in our storeroom and assist in other customer-related tasks. This position requires a keen attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift to move, stack, and organize merchandise in the storeroom.
• Provide completed print orders to customers courteously and professionally.
• Guide customers through any concerns or issues they may encounter with their orders or our website.
• Maintain organization in the storeroom by shelving merchandise appropriately.
• Assist in other customer-related tasks, such as answering phone calls or emails, during downtimes.
• Demonstrate professionalism and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction in all interactions.
• Handle physical tasks like unloading deliveries when necessary.
• Adhere to safety protocols and attend all company meetings.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
