Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Pay: $22

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Yard & Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves loading materials using a forklift, performing receiving and stocking duties, and delivering exceptional customer service in our yard. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, solid knowledge of building materials, and the ability to maintain a well-run and safe yard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials using a forklift and pallet jack
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory accurately
• Provide outstanding customer service in the yard and warehouse
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
• Operate basic computer systems for inventory and order tracking
• Ensure yard operations run efficiently and safely

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of warehouse experience and 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
• Working knowledge of building materials and products
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
