What You’ll Do (and do well):

• Make the calls. Telemarketing, cold calling, inside sales—daily.
• Drive new business. Every conversation is a chance to open a door.
• Own your desk. Qualify job orders, fill them fast, and keep clients coming back.
• Recruit like you mean it. Build a deep bench of great people ready to work.
• Change lives. Match people with work that energizes them.
