Plumbing Apprentice Location: Shreveport, LA Pay: $16–$22 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM Benefits: Full Benefits Package
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Plumbing Apprentice to join our team in Shreveport, LA. This position is ideal for someone looking to start or grow a career in the plumbing trade while gaining hands-on experience working alongside experienced plumbers.
Responsibilities:
Assist plumbers with plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
Pack and organize tools and materials for job sites
Help locate leaks and prepare work areas
Measure, cut, and assist with installing pipes and plumbing systems
Replace basic plumbing components such as faucet washers and toilet wax rings
Load and unload equipment and materials
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
Basic mechanical skills and willingness to learn the plumbing trade
Ability to use basic hand and power tools
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
