Compensation: Base starting at $50K (DOE) plus Commission
We’re looking for a sales hunter who isn’t afraid to get out in the field, knock on doors, and start conversations.

This role is primarily outside sales, focused on building new relationships with local businesses. Roughly 70% of your time will be in the field prospecting through door-to-door visits, planned prospecting routes, and scheduled appointments.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect new business through door-to-door visits and canvassing
- Identify decision makers and uncover hiring needs
- Set and attend sales appointments with local businesses
- Build a pipeline of new accounts
- Follow up consistently and close new business
- Track activity and results
