Express Employment is seeking a Construction Laborer for a client in Geneseo, IL!

Responsibilities of the Construction Laborer:

• Assist with construction, remodeling, and installation projects
• Measure, mark, and prepare materials for building projects
• Load, unload, and move building materials and tools on job sites
• Use hand and power tools under the guidance of experienced carpenters
• Work as part of a team to complete construction projects safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized job site

Requirements of the Construction Laborer:

• Interest in building a career in carpentry or the skilled trades
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Working knowledge of hand and power tools commonly used in carpentry

Compensation & Schedule Details of the Construction Laborer:

• Full Time
• 1st Shift – Monday through Friday
• Pay range: $18 – $25/hour depending on experience
