About the Role

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will work within a defined territory in Thurston County, building relationships with local businesses and helping them solve hiring challenges.

Your role is to understand each company’s hiring needs and present Express services as a tailored solution. Through a consultative sales approach, you will develop long-term partnerships with business leaders while helping people in our community find meaningful work.

What You'll Do

• Prospect for new business and build relationships with companies across Thurston County
• Meet with business leaders to understand hiring needs and present staffing solutions
• Maintain consistent daily and weekly sales activity to build a strong pipeline
• Partner closely with our recruiting team to ensure client needs are met quickly
• Represent the company professionally in the local business community
• Stay informed on market trends, employment laws, and workforce challenges

Pay and Benefits

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), typically Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with some flexibility.

Compensation includes:

• Base pay: $20.00 per hour
• Uncapped commissions: starting at 25% and increasing up to 50% with experience
• On-target earnings: approximately $60,000–$80,000 in the first year
