* Seeking candidates with 5+ years of hands-on experience in machining parts and operating milling machines to produce precision components per engineering specifications.  

* Duties:  Set up, operate and monitor CNC milling machines, interpret and work directly from mechanical drawings, CAD models and work orders.  Select appropriate tooling and fixtures.  Perform inspections using precision measuring instruments.  Hold and verify tolerances, troubleshoot tooling wear, surface finish issues and dimensional non-conformances.  Complete documentation, perform routine machine maintenance, communicate with team members and maintain a clean work area.  

* Qualifications:  Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings.  Working knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.  Usage of inspection, feeds, speeds, tooling and selections.  Must be able to multi-task and have high attention to detail to ensure a commitment to quality.
