We’re looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Office Sales Assistant to support daily operations and help keep our office running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and contributing to a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the office with daily tasks and ongoing projects
  • Work closely with clients, vendors, and internal staff
  • Perform administrative functions including data management, report creation, and drafting correspondence
  • Prepare quotes, work orders, and field service reports
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of services
  • Participate in outsourcing efforts for new business opportunities
  • Maintain a pleasant, professional, and secure working environment
  • Complete special projects as assigned

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
