Are you detail-driven, organized, and great with numbers? We're looking for a Temporary Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our finance team during a key period. If you enjoy accuracy, teamwork, and a steady workflow, this role could be a perfect fit!

 

⭐ What You’ll Do

• Accurately post invoices into the accounting system
• Review and apply approved credits to invoices
• Enter chargebacks for major retailers (volume discounts, rebates, Walmart Volt expenses, etc.) as directed
• Assist with claims and follow customer requirements through to resolution
• Support the AR Lead and collaborate with the broader team

 

⭐ What You Bring

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Strong skills using Excel, Word, Adobe, Outlook, and ERP accounting software
• Excellent communication — written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to produce consistent, high-quality work
• Comfortable working in a paperless environment
• Organized and self-directed while contributing to a supportive team
