Shipping and Receiving Associate

Location: Moses Lake & Surrounding Area
Pay: $18–$22 per hour, DOE

We are seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate to manage incoming and outgoing freight, support warehouse operations, and deliver excellent service to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor shipments accurately
• Communicate effectively with delivery drivers and sales staff
• Operate forklifts, delivery vans, and warehouse equipment
• Use tools such as wire cutters and power tools safely
• Provide high‑quality customer service
• Demonstrate strong time‑management and organizational skills
• Lift and move 75+ lbs throughout the shift
• Receive, inspect, and log incoming freight
• Pull and fill customer orders accurately
• Prepare trucks for delivery and products for pick‑up
• Stock shelves and maintain organized warehouse inventory

Qualifications

• Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Reliable, safety‑focused, and able to work independently
• Valid driver’s license preferred (depending on client needs)
