Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Siding Laborer/Siding Installer to join a reputable contractor specializing in residential siding installation. This role requires strong work ethic, on-site punctuality, and the ability to perform hands-on tasks including measuring, cutting, and installing siding materials.
Candidates with siding experience are strongly encouraged to apply, but individuals with solid mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn will also be considered.
Responsibilities
- Measure and cut siding materials accurately
- Use nail guns and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Assist with installation of vinyl, metal, and specialty siding products
- Work safely on ladders and exterior surfaces
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow instructions and support the lead contractor on various tasks
- Arrive 5–10 minutes early to the job site each day
- Drive to job sites reliably (personal transportation required)
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to travel to job sites across Bemus, Jamestown, Panama & Clymer
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and nail guns
- Ability to measure accurately (tape measure proficiency)
- Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Siding experience is a major plus
