Position Overview:

The Senior Project Manager position is a direct-hire position working for HGA at our office in The Woodlands, TX. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple Oil & Gas projects, from concept to commissioning. This role focuses on natural gas compression and treatment technologies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

· Manage project budget, staffing, and timelines.

· Oversee the design and construction of pipelines, station piping, equipment foundations, tank farms, compressors, and related infrastructure.

· Analyze bids, make purchasing recommendations, and develop equipment/material specifications.

· Lead commissioning activities and provide technical support to meet project goals.

· Ensure adherence to quality assurance guidelines.

· Facilitate meetings and document key decisions.

· Track project progress and implement necessary changes.

· Conduct project evaluations and assessments.

 

 

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in engineering related field is required. Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) is preferred.

· 15+ years of project management experience in midstream oil & gas facility design/construction is required.

· Familiarity with industry codes/standards (CFR 192, API, ASME, OSHA, regulatory requirements, etc.), safety regulations, and project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, AutoCAD, Ariel Performance Software, Pipeline Toolbox, etc.) is preferred.

· Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and financial management is needed.

· PMP certification preferred.

· Candidates should be located within daily commuting distance of The Woodlands, TX. Mix of In-Office and Remote work will be allowed for highly qualified candidates.
