Parts Specialist
Express Employment is hiring a Parts Specialist for a well-established company in the Grand Rapids area to join their team. This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent hours, hands-on work, and a supportive environment.
If you have mechanical aptitude, enjoy helping customers, and are comfortable using computers to look up and order parts — we want to hear from you!
Schedule: Dayshift, Monday - Friday with some Saturdays
Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00/hour, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in-store and over the phone with parts and accessory orders

Look up parts using an electronic catalog system

Support internal departments by sourcing correct parts for service work

Receive, stock, and organize inventory

Keep the parts area clean and orderly
What We’re Looking For:

Strong customer service and communication skills

Mechanical interest or product knowledge preferred

Comfortable using computers and multitasking

Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
