Shift: Day shift 
Pay Range: $20-$35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, and drive-train systems
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on trucks and heavy equipment
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and hydraulic systems
• Conduct DOT inspections and ensure equipment meets safety standards
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify mechanical issues
• Work independently and communicate effectively with supervisors and drivers

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a diesel mechanic (fleet, heavy truck, or equipment)
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, brakes, suspensions, and electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus but not required)
• Own basic mechanic tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with diagnostic software (e.g., Cummins INSITE, CAT ET)
• Knowledge of DOT regulations
• Welding or fabrication experience
• ASE Certifications are a plus
