Restoration Technician

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional on-call or overtime
Pay: $14-$16/hr based on experience

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Restoration Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for responding to residential and commercial properties affected by water damage, fire damage, mold, or storm damage. The Restoration Technician will assist with cleanup, demolition, drying, and restoration services to help return properties to pre-loss condition.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration projects

• Perform water extraction, structural drying, and dehumidification

• Remove damaged materials such as drywall, flooring, and insulation

• Clean and sanitize affected areas

• Set up and monitor restoration equipment including air movers and dehumidifiers

• Document job progress and complete required reports

• Follow all safety procedures and restoration industry standards

• Communicate with supervisors and team members to complete projects efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Previous restoration, construction, demolition, or general labor experience preferred

• Ability to work in physically demanding environments

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive tasks

• Valid driver's license preferred

• Ability to work occasional after-hours or emergency calls
