Lead Blind Installer – $25/hr | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

This leadership role is perfect for someone who takes pride in high‑quality installations, enjoys working directly with customers, and is ready to guide a team in the field. You’ll be the go‑to expert on installation quality, customer satisfaction, and job‑site professionalism.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily installation jobs and ensure each project is completed to company standards
  • Install blinds, shades, shutters, and automated window treatments
  • Train customers on how to operate their new products
  • Lead and support an installation team, ensuring efficiency and professionalism
  • Communicate with customers, office staff, and vendors regarding scheduling and follow‑ups
  • Use Apple smart devices for simple programming of automated shades
  • Maintain a clean, organized workflow and keep daily/weekly task lists
  • Represent the company with a clean, polished appearance in customer homes

What You Bring

  • Prior installation experience in a similar industry
  • Leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to read a tape measure and confidently use hand/power tools
  • Comfort working on ladders and at heights
  • Ability to lift 50–100 lbs regularly
  • Valid, clean driver’s license
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Professional appearance (uniforms provided; tattoos must be coverable; no face piercings; smoke‑free environment)
