Part-Time Receptionist 

We are looking for a friendly, organized Part-Time Receptionist to support daily office operations. This role involves answering phones, greeting visitors, managing basic administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate records. Ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Greet visitors and provide basic customer assistance
  • Perform filing and maintain organized records
  • Complete accurate data entry for various office needs
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks as assigned
  • Maintain a clean, professional front-desk area

Requirements
