Compensation

Weekly Gross: $2,576
Taxed Hourly Rate: $16/hr
Per Diem Stipend: $2,000 (based on 36 hrs/week)

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms for telemetry patients.
Perform frequent assessments and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
Administer medications, manage IV drips, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
Provide patient education related to cardiac conditions, procedures, and post-care instructions.
Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the EMR.
Maintain patient safety and adhere to hospital protocols and evidence‑based practices.

*This pay package is calculated off a standard 36‑hour work week. Hours are not guaranteed, and actual earnings may vary depending on facility scheduling, census, and operational needs.
