Welder

We are looking for a skilled Welder to join our team. This role involves fabricating and welding custom steel projects with precision, quality, and craftsmanship. Current work includes custom staircases, gates with roller systems, cable railing assemblies, and other unique metal fabrication projects.

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate steel components for custom builds
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements
• Assemble, fit, and finish staircases, gates, railings, and related structures
• Operate welding and metal-fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure high-quality welds, proper alignment, and clean finishes
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe work environment

Requirements

• Ability to weld steel proficiently (MIG/TIG or as required)
• Experience with custom fabrication preferred
• Strong attention to detail and high craftsmanship standards
• Ability to lift, measure, cut, and fit steel components
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or with a crew

Pay

• $24–$28 per hour to start, with increases based on skill, experience, and performance
