Salary: $16-$25/hr
Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for our Bemus Point, NY client.
We are seeking motivated Residential Remodelers to join our team. Candidates must have a strong work ethic, be dependable, and be willing to work in a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities may vary depending on project needs but will include general labor duties, assisting skilled trades, site cleanup, and basic tool use.
Responsibilities
- Assist with various construction tasks as directed
- Load, unload, and move materials on job sites
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools (training provided for beginners)
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Support skilled workers such as carpenters, masons, and equipment operators
- Follow all safety guidelines and instructions
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and standing for long periods
Requirements
- Good work ethic and reliability are a must
- Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Safety-conscious mindset
Hours are M-F 8 am to 4 pm with opportunity for overtime.
Pay Range:
- Entry Level (No Experience): $16.00–$16.50 per hour
- 2 Years Experience: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
- 3+ Years Experience: $25.00+ per hour
