Salary: $19.00 HR

Express is now hiring for a Maintenance Tech at a local apartment complex based out of Lacey, Wa. This is an evaluation to permanent opportunity. The schedule will be Monday-Friday 9am-2:30pm. The compensation for this position will be $19.00/hr.

 

Job Duties:

• Clean grounds
• Complete painting
• Complete repairs
• Other general maintenance tasks

 

Job Requirements:

• Pass criminal background check and drug screen
