This position works in the Heat Treat area of the facility, which is the hottest department in the plant. Candidates must be able to work in extreme heat for extended periods, especially during the summer months, while maintaining productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for 8+ hours per shift
• Lift and carry 70–80 lbs consistently
• Perform repetitive physical work throughout the shift

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong and recent work history required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be able to work 2nd or 3rd shift only
• Must pass background check
• Must pass drug screen (NO THC)

Job Responsibilities

• Follow standard work instructions while maintaining safe work practices
• Monitor heat treat operations and production processes
• Perform hardness checks and quality inspections on parts
• Offload and handle parts as needed during production
• Operate equipment such as hardness testers, air buffers, and cranes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
