Job Summary: Express Employment Professionals in Bellingham has partnered with a local camping community in Blaine, looking for a Maintenance Technician to add to their team! This is an exciting long-term opportunity, a career opportunity that offers competitive pay and benefits.   

Location: Birch Bay, WA
Pay: Earn $21.00 per hour, to start
Schedule:  9:00 AM - 5:30 PM! Friday – Tuesday  

Responsibilities and qualifications may include:
-Conducts morning rounds of the park to determine the existence of immediate concerns
-Ensures work is performed in compliance with rules
-Responds to members' need for emergency assistance
-Prepares work reports and inputs data into park systems concerning types of repairs made, materials used, and cost of completed work assignments
-Supports the development of consistent best practices and standardization, including developing standard operating procedures
-Ensures that vehicles, equipment, and tools are in good working order; maintains appropriate maintenance records and supplies
-Reports issues and required repairs to the General Manager for scheduling and budgeting purposes
-Ensures pool facility and equipment are maintained in accordance with applicable standards
-Prepares weekly work plans for operations, maintenance, grounds, and landscaping activities for review with the General Manager and assists the General Manager in the development of seasonal, yearly, and long-range plans for the Park operations
