Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital records
  • Assist with document preparation and distribution
  • Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
  • Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all tasks

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
