• Drill holes and secure mounting brackets.
• Use hand tools and power tools.
• Help install metal frames that hold the panels.
• General labor, Construction, clean up, arrange tools.

·         Organize tools and supplies for the installation crew

·         Hold panels in place while installers secure them.

·         Load and unload solar panels, mounting racks, tools, and equipment from trucks.

·         Assist with moving Solar panels to destination areas for the technicians

·          Follow construction and electrical safety rules.

·          Wear safety gear such as helmets, gloves, and harnesses.

·          Clean up debris and keep the worksite organized, especially important at a school

·         Basic construction knowledge.

·         Ability to lift heavy materials (often 40–50 lbs).

·         Comfort using tools like drills, wrenches, and measuring tape.

·         Good teamwork and communication.
