Job Summary: ATV Distributor is seeking a Powder Coat Helper!

 

 

Job Requirements:

• Using rags, scuffing pads and isopropyl alcohol, cleans parts in preparation for the powder coat process.
• Hangs parts on the paint rack so that they can be powder coated.
• Uses sandpaper to remove larger scratches.
• Uses hand tools such as a drill or sander.
• Stacks, organizes and moves material and racks.
• Follows all company protocols, attendance policies, HR requirements and safety procedures.
• Maintains a safe, clean working environment.
• Consistently achieves or exceeds operational volume and quality goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned by manager.

 

Requirements:

 

• 1-2 years’ related experience or equivalent is a plus.
• Must be able to perform constant overhead reach.
• Ability to work with supervision.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Ability to work overtime when needed
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.

 

Contract Type: Evaluation Hire

 

Pay: $17+
