Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to support our purchasing and administrative team. This position plays an important role in ensuring materials and documentation are prepared accurately and efficiently to support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) for projects and orders
Process sales materials and documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Organize and maintain office files and records
Assist the purchasing team with administrative tasks and documentation
Ensure all paperwork is properly completed and filed for internal records
Support communication between departments as needed
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar programs)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Previous administrative or purchasing support experience is a plus
