A mobile leasing company seeking an Office Administrator to handle daily administrative operations. The role centers on paperwork management, vendor coordination, and customer support.
Responsibilities• Answer phones and assist customers.• Handle paperwork, including tracking, organizing, and following up on required documents.• Issue purchase orders and follow up for signatures and waivers.• Collect certified payroll and prepare manning reports for applicable projects.• Receive service calls and schedule vendors for repairs (HVAC, leaks, general issues).• Assist with additional office tasks as needed.Requirements• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills.• Comfortable communicating with customers and vendors.• Basic computer proficiency.• Prior office experience is a plus.
