Job Title: CNC Machine Operator – HAAS (Preferred)

Location: Tualatin

Job Summary:

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining HAAS CNC milling machines to produce precision components used in advanced HVAC systems. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, blueprint reading, and quality control standards. #1939ST

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate HAAS CNC 3-axis milling machines to produce metal components.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine machining operations.
• Load raw materials and monitor machine operations to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Adjust machine settings and tooling offsets to maintain tight tolerances.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Document production data and report any deviations or equipment malfunctions.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience operating HAAS or similar CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and GD&T.
• Familiarity with G-code and M-code programming is a plus.
• Experience with setup and operation of 3-axis mills; 4th axis experience is a bonus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Lift and move 25+lb parts in and out of CNC machine

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 4 PM-2:30 PM, Optional OT on Fridays

Pay: $23.50-$26/hr. DOE
