We are seeking a Computer Technician with extensive experience in testing computers, researching and selling items on ebay as well as researching pricing to join our client's team in Holliston, MA.

Schedule: (M-F) 7am - 3:30pm

Pay Rate: $19/hr

Experience

• Proven experience in providing IT support with a focus on desktop support and hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience with computer networking concepts such as LAN setup, VPN configuration, firewalls, and network security protocols.
• Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy and project management tools such as Jira.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively assist users at all technical levels while maintaining a customer service-oriented approach.
• Ability to troubleshoot software issues related to Microsoft Office applications and other common enterprise software.
