Job Title: Yard Associate (Temporary)
Location: Nashville, TN
Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Overview: We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Yard Associate for a temporary assignment in Nashville. This role involves working outdoors in a fast-paced vehicle yard environment, supporting inventory tracking and vehicle staging operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Use a handheld scanner to track vehicle inventory by scanning barcodes
Move and stage vehicles of all types—including manual transmission—within the yard
Assist with loading and unloading vehicles from car haulers
Park incoming vehicles and prepare outgoing vehicles for transport
Perform frequent walking and vehicle entry/exit throughout the day
Work safely in all weather conditions and maintain yard organization
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license (required)
Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
Comfortable working outdoors and on foot for extended periods
Basic attention to detail and ability to follow inventory procedures
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Additional Info: This is a yard-based position only—no public road driving is involved. Ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and staying active throughout the day.
