Warehouse Lead
Location: Lenexa, KS
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $20–$23/hour, paid weekly

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Lead for a growing company in Lenexa, KS. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced warehouse environment and can take initiative while working both independently and with a small team. The Warehouse Lead will primarily focus on picking and shipping orders while also assisting with inventory management, product assembly, and maintaining an organized warehouse. As the company continues to grow, this person may also have the opportunity to help oversee additional warehouse staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Prepare and ship orders using UPS WorldShip and FedEx shipping software

• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery

• Load and unload trucks and move pallets using pallet jacks or forklifts

• Receive incoming inventory and enter items into the system

• Assist with inventory tracking and monthly cycle counts

• Perform light product assembly, kitting, and rework as needed

• Assist with Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) when necessary

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred

• Experience with UPS or FedEx shipping software is a plus

• Forklift experience helpful but not required

• Basic computer skills preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift warehouse materials

• Ability to work independently and take initiative
