1st Shift Assembler

Located in Mcallen, TX

Salary: $12.80 per hour

Now Hiring: General Assemblers – McAllen, TX South Area

Pay: $12.80/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (hours may vary depending on workload)

Flexibility Required: Must be available to work Saturdays and adjust to changing hours

 

Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented General Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. The assembler will be responsible for assembling parts, components, or products in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards, and any other duties assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble products or components according to instructions or blueprints
• Use hand tools, power tools, or machines as needed
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Report any defects or malfunctions to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
• Assist with other tasks in the production line as needed
• Do maintenance duties

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous manufacturing/warehouse or assembly experience
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and flexible with hours
• maintenance experience
