Pallet Repairer – Fayetteville, NC  
Pay: $14.00 per hour  
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday — 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Position Overview
This role focuses on inspecting, repairing, and rebuilding wooden pallets used in warehouse and distribution operations. It’s a hands-on, fast‑paced job that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect incoming pallets for damage and determine repair needs.

Use hand tools and power tools (hammers, nail guns, saws) to repair or rebuild pallets.

Sort pallets by size, grade, and condition.

Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Follow all company safety guidelines and production standards.

Lift, stack, and move pallets throughout the shift.

Requirements
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (heat, cold, noise).

Experience with hand tools or pallet repair is helpful but not required.

Reliable attendance for the Friday–Sunday schedule.

Ability to stand, bend, and move continuously for long periods.
