Warehouse Associate  (LaVergne, TN)

Pay: $18–$20/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:30 PM

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being outdoors, and contributing to smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Pulling, staging, and preparing orders for crews and customers
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Operating a forklift (experience preferred)
• Performing heavy lifting throughout the day
• Working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Assisting with deliveries as needed
• Working on job sites when required
• Maintaining a clean driving record (required for delivery driving)

Requirements

• Comfortable working outdoors and in a warehouse environment
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet
• Clean, valid driver’s license
• Comfortable driving delivery vehicles
• Experience with forklifts (or willingness to learn)
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
