Job Title: Customer Service Associate – Warehouse (1st Shift)
Location: South Philadelphia, PA Shift: First Shift (5:00 AM – 1:00 PM) Pay Rate: $16–$19 per hour (based on experience)
Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our warehouse team in South Philadelphia. This first-shift position supports daily warehouse operations by assisting customers, managing order information, and ensuring accurate communication between customers, drivers, and the warehouse team. The role requires strong data entry skills and regular use of Microsoft Excel to track orders and maintain accurate records.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
5:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Occasional overtime may be available during busy periods
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer service support for order inquiries, shipment updates, and delivery coordination
Enter customer orders and shipment details accurately into internal systems
Perform high-volume data entry while maintaining strong attention to detail
Use Microsoft Excel to track orders, update spreadsheets, maintain shipping logs, and organize operational data
Verify order information for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly
Provide customers with order status updates and delivery information
Maintain organized digital records of customer communications and transactions
Assist with scheduling pickups and coordinating with drivers and carriers
Support general administrative and operational tasks within the warehouse office
Qualifications:
Previous customer service, administrative, or warehouse support experience preferred
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (updating spreadsheets, basic formulas, sorting/filtering data)
Comfortable using computers and order management systems
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable and punctual with the ability to work early morning hours
