Duties and Responsibilities:

maintain a commitment to client satisfaction, customer service and excellence
perform skilled and semi-skilled carpentry work to install custom storage systems such as closets, cabinets, offices, and other spaces in the home or commercial buildings.
basic math skills and understanding use of calculator.
assemble and install systems of varying complexity.
maintain shop tools and equipment in safe working order
install systems independently or with team members
partake in training programs as needed and as required
provide a high level of customer service for in-home installations.
maintain safety standards at all times.
responsible for driving to and from customer sites and operating company-provided vehicles in a safe manner.
perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

must maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record
High School diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
experience with common hand and power tools
trade or vocational school experience desirable
cabinetry or carpentry skills desirable
strong verbal and written communication and listening skills
maintain a strong work ethic
possess reliable transportation to and from our facility
acceptable post-offer drug screen
ability to pass background test
able to walk, lift 50 pounds, reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb stairs, kneel, and crouch
