Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Production Assembler to join one of our valued client companies. In this role, you will assemble components into sub‑assemblies and final products following established guidelines, quality standards, and safety practices. This position plays a critical part in ensuring customers receive top‑quality products that meet their expectations.

Overtime may be available Monday through Friday and on weekends based on production needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble sub‑components and/or final products according to established instructions and quality standards.
  • Use various hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Inspect parts and assemblies and report quality issues to management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and properly store tools/equipment at the end of each shift.
  • Support additional departments or tasks as needed.

  • Self‑motivation with minimal need for supervision.

Physical Requirements

  • Regular standing, walking, and use of hands for assembly tasks.
  • Reaching, talking, and hearing throughout the shift.
  • Occasional sitting as required.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Visual acuity including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Work Environment

  • Exposure to moving mechanical parts and vibration on occasion.
  • Moderate noise level typical of a production environment.
