Salary: $25.00 - $30.00/Hour
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to provide professional bookkeeping services in a remote capacity. This role offers flexibility while requiring strong organization, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle bookkeeping
- Accounts payable & receivable
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Utilize Xero and/or QuickBooks
- Communicate regularly via Microsoft Teams and email
Requirements:
- Proven bookkeeping experience
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and/or Xero
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace
Preferred Certification:
- CPB (Certified Professional Bookkeeper) – Institute of Professional Bookkeepers of Canada, or equivalent recognized bookkeeping designation

- Required office supplies
