Express Employment Professionals of Windsor is recruiting for customer service associates with experience in dispatching for a logistical company in the area! This job is will be a stepping stone into a great career within the logistics industry, focusing on time sensitive, same day delivery services for a variety of distributers. Location: Windsor, CT

Pay: Starting at $20/hr, based on experience.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00pm. On call one week night per week, and one weekend every 4-6 weeks. Remote work is a possibility. 

Responsibilities:

• Directing Drivers. 
• Addressing and solving any issues in a timely manner. 
• Prioritize work flow in order to meet customers expectations.
• HIGH volume of phone calls and emails, must have exceptional multi-tasking ability. 
• Entering all data and keeping detailed records of phone calls, issues and emails in our dispatch computer system. 
• Communicate customer needs to salespeople and drivers. 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in a dispatch, logistics or high volume call center. 
• Skilled in computer-based programs such as Excel and Outlook, and dispatch software.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. 
• Have a positive and outgoing attitude and able to work as a team with others in a high pressure workplace.
