Title: Recruiter

Location: Pearl City, HI (Parking is provided!)

Schedule: Mon-Fri

Pay: Targeted first year - $45K, Base + Commission

The Recruiter will be responsible for:

• Utilizing diverse online platforms, including social media, Indeed, LinkedIn, and local job boards, to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews via phone, video, and in-person interactions.
• Be an active participant in job fairs and organize engaging in-house recruitment events.
• Collaborate closely with managers to forecast and address future hiring needs.

 

You’d be great for our Recruiter role if you have the following:

• 1-2 years of Recruiting experience
• Typing 45+ wpm, proficient in MS Office Suite
• Love helping people and have a sales, retail, marketing or HR background
