Test Operator I

Salary: $24–$30/hr

Test Operator Wage: $24–$30/hr

 

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Test Operator to join their electronics manufacturing team. In this role, you'll operate functional and flying probe test equipment on a variety of electronic assemblies, using lab instruments like oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and function generators to verify assemblies meet customer requirements.

 

You'll read schematics, perform visual inspections on failed boards, capture first-pass yield and defect data, and communicate issues to the internal team. You'll also contribute to continuous improvement — helping refine test instructions, reduce waste, and improve product flow — while upholding Safety, ESD, ITAR, and QMS standards.

 

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience testing electronic assemblies or an AA degree in Electronics Technology
• General understanding of electronic components and schematic interpretation
• Familiarity with standard test equipment (oscilloscopes, meters, power supplies)
