Job Title: Warehouse Receiver
Location: Ventura, CA, USA
Position Summary:
The Warehouse Receiver is responsible for managing incoming shipments, verifying inventory, and ensuring accurate documentation of materials. This role supports the warehouse and production teams by maintaining organization, accuracy, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantity, quality, and documentation.
• Record and track inventory accurately in the warehouse management system.
• Label and store materials in designated locations according to procedures.
• Assist with material movement and staging for production or shipping.
• Communicate discrepancies, damaged goods, or missing items to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Support shipping and other warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse operations, receiving, or inventory control.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or ERP systems.
• Ability to read labels, part numbers, and documentation accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Preferred:

• Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations.
• Forklift or material handling equipment experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift repeatedly during shifts.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with temperature variations.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with sustained focus.
